cleaning a hamsters cage

first of all this should be done at least once a week. If you don't the cage will start to stink and your hamster wont be as happy in his/her home.  the first thing to do,and this is important is get your hamster out of its cage the best thing to do is to hold their ball in front of the cage door with a snack in it. next take apart their cage and wash every section of the cage with a hamster dedicated dish sponge. got to go now and remember you can always leave comments to ask questions.

                                             HAMSTERS ON THE ROAD
If you want to take your hamster on a trip think back to when you first brought it home and how it reacted  if it went crazy trying to bite whatever is close ... not the best idea. but keep in mind that it is only natural  for them to want to get out so its best to have there cage belted in the back seat. after you get to where your going leve your hamster alone for a couple hours .

Now some people might be wondering now. How much do i feed this little hamster? you might think very little but those little things eat a little more than one little pellet. i give them 3 of about 1 inch by a half inch pellets along with  a little bit of salad  bits like carrots or spinich whenever i have it. remember the darker the greens the more good stuff thats in it.
                                                                  see ya later,

hi everybody.  something good to know is that  most hamsters dont like big changes in their cages. so if you see your hamster twitching  it is them trying to get used to that change. this full body twitching may seem harmless  but in the end it can give a hamster poop problems. and that can kill a hamster. so if you  notice your hamster twitching feed them rasberry leaves to be on the safe side.

First of all when you get a hamster  it is best to not try to pet it right off, and i'm serious ! even if you pet your hamster in the store just fine. a long ride in a carry cage with strange sounds and smells can really make a hamster scared. even tho i'm positive you really want to touch that fur ball of cuteness. but  you should wait a few days until you try.
after those few days  when you start to bond with your hamster a good way to start is giving  your hamster treats. those treats can be anything from fresh veggies [without seeds] to the store bought mix.when yu feed your hamster always remember that they  have bad eyesight so if they happen to nip you when  you feed them it is probably  a misunderstanding  so be a little cautious and when you want your hamster to  step on your hand don't leave your thumb  out looking like food. keep your thumb close to the rest of your hand.
                                          until next time! ,
                                                                              Kya b.
